Abstract:
The present invention relates to a lightweight concrete panel for heat and sound insulation which is constructed on floors of buildings such as a house, an apartment, and the like, and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a lightweight concrete panel for heat and sound insulation of building floors and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the lightweight concrete panel is manufactured by: forming a shape of a concrete panel by making a mixture of a foamed perlite lightweight aggregate, Portland cement, water, and an AE water reduction agent, and injecting the mixture into a mold; roughening the upper surface of the concrete panel by forming uneven portions thereon by means of low frequency vibration such that cement mortar (10) is solidly constructed thereon; making the lower surface of the concrete panel become a smooth planar surface by means of high frequency vibration such that a vibration-proof rubber pad is strongly attached thereto, thereby preventing deformation; and removing, after curing and demolding, moisture within bubbles in the concrete panel through high temperature air curing.
