Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a ski wax composition comprising superhydrophobic carbon nanoparticles, and a preparation method therefor and, specifically, to a ski wax composition comprising a wax and superhydrophobic carbon nanoparticles, and a preparation method therefor. According to the ski wax composition comprising superhydrophobic carbon nanoparticles, and a preparation method therefor, of the present invention, the hydrophobicity of a wax and the maintenance thereof can be increased, such that friction-reducing performance on an ice surface or a snow surface can be maximized by means of a ski wax and superhydrophobic carbon nanoparticles, which can be easily produced, are used, thereby enabling productivity to improve and an excellent friction-reducing effect to be simultaneously exhibited, and the problem caused by the addition of a surfactant can be solved by performing scattering within a wax through simple sonication, and thus the present invention can be widely applied in the industry field of manufacturing a product related to winter sports such as skiing.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de fart comprenant des nanoparticules de carbone super-hydrophobes, et son procédé de préparation et, plus précisément, une composition de fart comprenant un fart et des nanoparticules de carbone super-hydrophobes, et son procédé de préparation. La composition de fart comprenant des nanoparticules de carbone super-hydrophobes et son procédé de préparation, selon la présente invention, permettent une augmentation de l'hydrophobicité d'un fart et sa persistance, de telle sorte que les performances en matière de réduction du frottement sur une surface formée de glace ou de neige peuvent être maximisées grâce à l'utilisation du fart et des nanoparticules de carbone super-hydrophobes, qui sont faciles à produire, avec pour résultat l'amélioration de la productivité et l'obtention simultanée d'un excellent effet de réduction du frottement, tandis que le problème provoqué par l'ajout d'un tensioactif peut être résolu par la mise en œuvre d'une diffusion à l'intérieur d'un fart par une simple procédure de sonication, si bien que la présente invention peut être largement appliquée dans le domaine de l'industrie de la fabrication d'un produit associé aux sports d'hiver tels que le ski.
(KO) 본 발명은 초소수성 탄소 나노 입자를 포함하는 스키 왁스 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 왁스 및 초소수성 탄소 나노 입자(superhydrophobic carbon nano particle)를 포함하는 스키 왁스 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 본 발명의 초소수성 탄소 나노 입자를 포함하는 스키 왁스 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 따르면, 왁스의 소수성 및 그 유지력을 증가시키고, 이를 통해 빙면 또는 설면에서 스키 왁스에 의한 마찰 감소 성능을 극대화시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 생산이 용이한 초소수성 탄소 나노 입자를 이용함으로써 생산성을 향상시킴과 동시에 우수한 마찰 감소 효과를 나타낼 수 있으며, 간단한 음파처리를 통해 왁스 내에 산포되므로 계면활성제 첨가에 의한 문제점을 해소할 수 있는바, 스키 등의 동계 스포츠 관련 제품 제조 산업 분야 등에서 널리 활용될 수 있다.
