Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus management system (1) is provided with: control terminals (20a-20c) that transmit state information relating to air conditioners (10a-10i); and a management device (30). The management device (30) is provided with a computing unit (341), a load determining unit (343), a reduction control unit (344), and a communication unit (33). The computing unit (341) executes computing for information processing on the basis of information received from the control terminals (20a-20c). The load determining unit (343) determines a load level corresponding to the load of the information processing performed by the computing unit (341). The reduction control unit (344) executes reduction control so as to reduce, corresponding to the load level, the load of the computing unit (341). The communication unit (33) transmits the load level to the control terminals (20a-20c). Furthermore, each of the control terminals (20-20c) is provided with a processing unit (23) that changes, corresponding to the load level, the communication conditions of apparatus information to be transmitted to the management device (30).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de gestion d’appareils (1) qui est pourvu de : terminaux de commande (20a-20c) qui transmettent des informations d’état concernant des climatiseurs (10a-10i) ; et un dispositif de gestion (30). Le dispositif de gestion (30) est pourvu d’une unité de calcul (341), d’une unité de détermination de charge (343), d’une unité de commande de réduction (344) et d’une unité de communication (33). L’unité de calcul (341) exécute un calcul pour le traitement d’informations sur la base d’informations reçues depuis les terminaux de commande (20a-20c). L’unité de détermination de charge (343) détermine un niveau de charge correspondant à la charge du traitement d’informations effectué par l’unité de calcul (341). L’unité de commande de réduction (344) exécute une commande de réduction de façon à réduire, en correspondance avec le niveau de charge, la charge de l’unité informatique (341). L’unité de communication (33) transmet le niveau de charge aux bornes de commande (20a-20c). En outre, chacune des bornes de commande (20-20c) est pourvue d’une unité de traitement (23) qui modifie, en correspondance avec le niveau de charge, les conditions de communication des informations d’appareil devant être transmises au dispositif de gestion (30).
(JA) 機器管理システム(1)は、空調機(10a~10i)に関連する状態情報を送信する制御端末(20a~20c)と、管理装置(30)とを備える。管理装置(30)は、演算部(341)と、負荷判定部(343)と、低減制御部(344)と、通信部(33)と備える。演算部(341)は、制御端末(20a~20c)から受信された情報に基づく情報処理の演算を実行する。負荷判定部(343)は、演算部(341)による情報処理の負荷に対応する負荷レベルを判定する。低減制御部(344)は、負荷レベルに応じて演算部(341)の負荷を低減する低減制御を実行する。通信部(33)は、負荷レベルを制御端末(20a~20c)に送信する。また、制御端末(20~20c)は、負荷レベルに応じて、管理装置(30)に送信する機器情報の通信条件を変更する処理部(23)を備える。
