Abstract:
(EN) Provided is an air supply system capable of improving the safety of an air braking system. The air supply system is equipped with a braking mechanism for activating and releasing the service brake of a vehicle by means of pneumatic pressure. The air supply system is equipped with a forced braking module (13) for forcibly supplying pneumatic pressure in the event of an abnormality in a first braking module and a backup second braking module (12). In the forced braking module (13) are serially disposed: a first electromagnetic control valve (41), which is to be connected should there be an abnormality in the air supply system; and a pneumatic pressure control valve (43), which is to be connected in response to a parking brake being released. The forced braking module (13) is equipped with: a pressure sensor (41P) for detecting an action state of the first electromagnetic control valve 41; and an acquisition unit (101) for acquiring the action state detected by the pressure sensor (41P) by bringing the first electromagnetic control valve (41) into the connected state when the parking brake is not released and the pneumatic pressure control valve (43) is cut off.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système d'alimentation en air capable d'améliorer la sécurité d'un système d'aérofreinage. Le système d'alimentation en air est équipé d'un mécanisme de freinage permettant d'activer et de libérer le frein de service d'un véhicule au moyen d'une pression pneumatique. Le système d'alimentation en air est équipé d'un module de freinage forcé (13) permettant de fournir de force une pression pneumatique en cas d'anomalie dans un premier module de freinage et d'un second module de freinage de secours (12). Dans le module de freinage forcé (13) sont disposés en série : une première soupape de commande électromagnétique (41), qui doit être connectée en cas d'anomalie dans le système d'alimentation en air ; et une soupape de commande de pression pneumatique (43), qui doit être connectée en réponse à un desserrage du frein de stationnement. Le module de freinage forcé (13) est équipé : d'un capteur de pression (41P) permettant de détecter un état d'action de la première soupape de commande électromagnétique (41) ; et d'une unité d'acquisition (101) permettant d'acquérir l'état d'action détecté par le capteur de pression (41P) en amenant la première soupape de commande électromagnétique (41) dans l'état connecté lorsque le frein de stationnement n'est pas desserré et que la soupape de commande de pression pneumatique (43) est coupée.
(JA) 空気圧ブレーキシステムの保安性を高めることのできる空気供給システムを提供する。空気供給システムは、車両のサービスブレーキを空気圧で作動及び解除するブレーキ機構を備える。空気供給システムは、第1ブレーキモジュールと代替用の第2ブレーキモジュール(12)と異常に強制的に空気圧を供給する強制ブレーキモジュール(13)を備える。強制ブレーキモジュール(13)は、空気供給システムに異常があることを条件に連通状態になる第1電磁制御弁(41)とパーキングブレーキの解除に応じて連通状態になる空気圧制御弁(43)とが直列している。強制ブレーキモジュール(13)は、第1電磁制御弁41の動作状態を検出する圧力センサ(41P)と、パーキングブレーキが未解除で空気圧制御弁(43)が遮断されているとき第1電磁制御弁(41)を連通状態にさせて圧力センサ(41P)に検出された動作状態を取得する取得部(101)とを備える。
