Title: METHOD FOR EVALUATING MULTIPLE DIFFERENT GENES OF INTEREST
Abstract:
The present invention addresses problems such as providing a method for evaluating the functions of multiple different genes of interest, such as a method for evaluating canceration potential and a method that can evaluate sensitivity to pharmaceutical agents of test subjects having different genes of interest. The present invention relates to, for example, a method for evaluating multiple different genes of interest, the method comprising: a step for inserting a tag sequence and a polynucleotide including a gene of interest or a fragment thereof linked to the tag sequence into the genomic DNA of a host cell; a step for mixing the multiple host cells into which the different polynucleotides have been inserted; a step for culturing the mixed host cells; a step for extracting the genomic DNA from the cultured host cells; a step for determining the quantity of each of the polynucleotides in the extracted genomic DNA on the basis of the tag sequences; and a step for determining the relative number of cultured host cells having each of the nucleotides on the basis of the quantitative amounts of the polynucleotides.
