Abstract:
(EN) A load driving device, wherein a logic unit 30 for switching on/off a switch element connected to a load includes: a switch signal generation circuit 31 for generating a switch signal S3 so that the switch element is left on by default in a time duration from when power is turned on until an external reset release is performed by a microcomputer (i.e., while S10 = H and XRST = L); an overcurrent protection circuit 32 for performing, after the external reset release, an output restriction of the switch signal S3 so as to forcibly switch the switch element off in response to an overcurrent detection signal S60; and a latch circuit 33 for performing, in the time duration from when power is turned on until the external reset release is performed by the microcomputer, an output restriction of the switch signal S3 so as to forcibly switch the switch element off with the overcurrent detection signal S60 serving as a latch trigger.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de charge selon lequel une unité logique (30), destinée à la mise en marche/arrêt d'un élément de commutation connecté à une charge, comprend : un circuit d'émission de signaux de commutation (31), permettant d'émettre un signal de commutation (S3) de sorte que l'élément de commutation soit en marche par défaut pendant une certaine durée, du moment où la tension est activée jusqu'à ce qu'une libération de réinitialisation externe soit effectuée par un micro-ordinateur (c.-à-d., tandis que S10 = H et XRST =L) ; un circuit de protection contre les surintensités (32) permettant d'effectuer, après la libération de réinitialisation externe, une restriction de sortie du signal de commutation (S3), de façon à commuter de force l'élément de commutation en réponse à un signal de détection de surintensité (S60) ; et un circuit de verrouillage (33) permettant d'effectuer, pendant la durée partant du moment où la tension est activée jusqu'à ce que la libération de réinitialisation externe soit effectuée par le micro-ordinateur, une restriction de sortie du signal de commutation (S3), de manière à commuter de force l'élément de commutation avec le signal de détection de surintensité (S60) servant de déclencheur de verrou.
