Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing a kit, method and reagent capable of accurately measuring a measurement target substance across a broad concentration range extending from low to high concentrations, suppressing an increase in produced noise, and preventing against the problem of false positives caused by nonspecific adsorption. The present invention provides a kit which measures a measurement target substance and includes first particles which have a marker and are modified with a first binding substance, second particles which do not have a marker and are modified with a second binding substance, a channel through which the first and second particles flow, and a substrate which has either a third binding substance which specifically binds to the measurement target substance or a substance which binds to the first binding substance, wherein the first particles which have the marker are light-emitting marker particles containing particles and at least one type of compound represented by formula (1). The symbols in formula (1) are as described in the description of the present application.
(FR) L’invention a pour objet de fournir un kit, un procédé et un réactif qui permettent de réaliser une mesure d’une haute précision d’une substance objet de mesure dans une large plage de concentration allant d’une faible concentration à une haute concentration, tout en prévenant les problèmes de faux positifs dus à une adsorption non-spécifique, et en évitant une augmentation des bruits générés. Plus précisément, l’invention fournit un kit destiné à mesurer une substance objet de mesure qui contient : des premières particules portant une marque, modifiées par une première substance de liaison ; des secondes particules ne portant pas de marque, modifiées par une seconde substance de liaison ; un trajet d’écoulement destiné à l’écoulement desdites premières et secondes particules ; et un substrat qui possède une substance dotée de propriétés de liaison vis-à-vis de ladite première substance de liaison ou d’une troisième substance de liaison ayant des propriétés de liaison spécifiques avec ladite substance objet de mesure. Lesdites premières particules portant une marque consistent en des particules marquées comprenant au moins une sorte de composé représentée par la formule (1), et des particules. Chaque symbole contenu dans la formule (1), prend le sens défini dans la description.
(JA) 本発明の課題は、非特異吸着による偽陽性の問題を防止し、発生するノイズの増加を抑え、低濃度から高濃度にわたる広範囲の濃度域において測定対象物質の高精度の測定を実現することができるキット、方法及び試薬を提供することである。本発明によれば、第一の結合物質で修飾された、標識を有する第一の粒子と、第二の結合物質で修飾された、標識を有しない第二の粒子と、上記第一の粒子及び上記第二の粒子を流すための流路と、上記測定対象物質と特異的な結合性を有する第三の結合物質、又は上記第一の結合物質に対して結合性を有する物質を有する基板と、を含む測定対象物質を測定するためのキットであって、上記の標識を有する第一の粒子は、下記式(1)で示される少なくとも一種の化合物と粒子とを含有する発光性の標識粒子であるキットが提供される。式(1)中の各記号は、本明細書に記載した意味を示す。
