Abstract:
(EN) A release-paper base paper obtained by coating a substrate with a coating agent which contains a modified polyvinyl alcohol (A) and sodium acetate, wherein: the modified polyvinyl alcohol (A) is water-soluble, has double bonds derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative (B) thereof in a side chain in the amount of at least 0.005 mol% and less than 10 mol%, and also has 1,2-glycol bonds in the amount of 1.4-2.0 mol%, inclusive; and the content of the sodium acetate relative to the modified polyvinyl alcohol (A) is 0.01-10 mass%, inclusive. This release-paper base paper exhibits excellent silicone void filling characteristics. In addition, the release-paper base paper can be used to accelerate the curing of the silicone in a release layer, and is capable of improving the adhesion between a substrate and a release layer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un papier de base de papier anti-adhésif obtenu par revêtement d'un substrat avec un agent de revêtement qui contient un alcool polyvinylique modifié (A) et de l'acétate de sodium, l'alcool polyvinylique modifié (A) étant soluble dans l'eau, possédant des liaisons doubles dérivées d'un acide carboxylique insaturé ou d'un dérivé (B) de celui-ci dans une chaîne latérale dans une quantité d'au moins égale à 0,005 % en moles et inférieure à 10 % en moles, et ayant également des liaisons 1,2-glycol dans une quantité de 1,4 à 2,0 % en moles, inclus; et la teneur en acétate de sodium par rapport à l'alcool polyvinylique modifié (A) est de 0,01 à 10 % en masse, inclus. Ce papier de base de papier antiadhésif présente d'excellentes caractéristiques de remplissage de vides avec de la silicone. De plus, le papier de base de papier antiadhésif peut être utilisé pour accélérer le durcissement de la silicone dans une couche de libération, et peut améliorer l'adhérence entre un substrat et une couche de libération.
(JA) 変性ポリビニルアルコール(A)及び酢酸ナトリウムを含有するコーティング剤を基材に塗工してなる剥離紙原紙であって;変性ポリビニルアルコール(A)が、不飽和カルボン酸又はその誘導体(B)に由来する二重結合を側鎖に0.005モル%以上10モル%未満有し、1,2-グリコール結合単位を1.4モル%以上2.0モル%以下有し、かつ水溶性であり、変性ポリビニルアルコール(A)に対する酢酸ナトリウムの含有量が0.01質量%以上10質量%以下である剥離紙原紙。本発明の剥離紙原紙は、シリコーンの目止め性に優れている。また、剥離紙原紙を用いることにより、剥離層のシリコーンの硬化を促進させ、かつ基材と剥離層との密着性を向上させることができる。
