Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a laser keyhole welding structure of an aluminum material and a keyhole welding method that stably suppress the occurrence of sputtering, secure a reliable electrical connection, and obtain a mechanically strong connection. [Solution] Provided is a laser keyhole welding structure of an aluminum material, the structure formed by welding aluminum material elements constituting an electronic part by irradiating laser light onto the electronic part, wherein the spreading angle (θ) of a tapered section at the top of a welding nugget to be formed is 45° or less.
