Abstract:
(EN) This all-solid-state lithium ion secondary battery is provided with: a laminate that is obtained by laminating a plurality of electrode layers, in each of which a collector layer and an active material layer are laminated, with a solid electrolyte layer being interposed therebetween; and a terminal electrode that is formed to be in contact with a lateral surface of the laminate, where end faces of the electrode layers are exposed. The terminal electrode contains Cu; and a Cu-containing region is formed in a grain boundary that is present in the vicinity of the terminal electrode among grain boundaries of grains that constitute the active material layer and the solid electrolyte layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un accumulateur lithium-ion totalement solide qui comporte : un stratifié qui est obtenu en stratifiant une pluralité de couches d’électrodes, dans chacune de laquelle une couche de collecteur et une couche de matériau actif sont stratifiées, une couche d’électrolyte solide étant intercalée entre elles ; et une électrode terminale qui est formée pour être en contact avec une surface latérale du stratifié, ou des faces d’extrémités des couches d’électrodes sont découvertes. L’électrode terminale contient du Cu ; et une zone contenant du Cu est formée dans une limite de grains qui est présente au voisinage de l’électrode terminale parmi les limites de grains de grains qui constituent la couche de matériau actif et la couche d’électrolyte solide.
(JA) この全固体リチウムイオン二次電池は、集電体層と活物質層とが積層された電極層が、固体電解質層を介して複数積層された積層体と、前記電極層の端面が露出された前記積層体の側面に接して形成された端子電極とを備え、前記端子電極がCuを含み、前記活物質層および前記固体電解質層を形成している粒子の粒界のうち、前記端子電極近傍に存在する粒界にCu含有領域が形成されている。
