Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high discharge capacity in an all-solid-state battery in which lithium vanadium phosphate is used in a positive electrode active material layer and a negative electrode active material layer. The present invention provides an all-solid-state battery having an all-solid-state electrolyte between a pair of electrodes, wherein a positive electrode active material layer and a negative electrode active material layer contain lithium vanadium phosphate, which includes a Li- and V-containing polyphosphate compound and contains Li3V2(PO4)3 as a main phase, with the content of Li3PO4 being 1.0-15.0 wt% with respect to Li3V2(PO4)3, and a high discharge capacity can thus be provided.
(FR) Le but de la présente invention est de fournir une capacité de décharge élevée dans une batterie tout solide dans laquelle du phosphate de lithium et de vanadium est utilisé dans une couche de matériau actif d'électrode positive et une couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative. La présente invention concerne une batterie tout solide comprenant un électrolyte tout solide entre une paire d'électrodes, une couche de matériau actif d'électrode positive et une couche de matériau actif d'électrode négative contenant du phosphate de lithium et de vanadium, qui comprend un composé polyphosphate contenant du Li et du V et qui contient du Li3V2(PO4)3 comme phase principale, la teneur en Li3PO4 représentant de 1,0 à 15,0 % en poids par rapport à Li3V2(PO4)3, et une capacité de décharge élevée peut ainsi être obtenue.
