Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method by which a biodegradable polyester film containing a polyhydroxyalkanoate is able to be stably produced by inflation molding under practical processing conditions. A method for producing a biodegradable polyester film, which contains a biodegradable aliphatic polyester (A) and a fatty acid amide (B), by inflation molding, wherein the biodegradable aliphatic polyester (A) contains a polyhydroxyalkanoate. This method for producing a biodegradable polyester film comprises: a step (I) for dry blending the biodegradable aliphatic polyester (A) with a master batch that contains the fatty acid amide (B) and a base material resin; and a step (II) for subjecting a mixture which is obtained in the step (I) to inflation molding.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé par lequel un film de polyester biodégradable contenant un polyhydroxyalcanoate peut être produit de manière stable par moulage par soufflage dans des conditions de traitement commodes. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la production, par moulage par soufflage, d'un film de polyester biodégradable, qui contient un polyester aliphatique biodégradable (A) et un amide d'acide gras (B), le polyester aliphatique biodégradable (A) contenant un polyhydroxyalcanoate. Ce procédé de production d'un film de polyester biodégradable comprend : une étape (I) de mélange à sec du polyester aliphatique biodégradable (A) avec un mélange maître qui contient l'amide d'acide gras (B) et une résine de matériau de base ; et une étape (II) consistant à soumettre le mélange obtenu à l'étape (I) à un moulage par soufflage.
