Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a torque transmitting joint with which it is possible to suppress the generation of an abnormal sound when the direction of rotation of a drive shaft is reversed. [Solution] A first transmission member 17 fixed to an output shaft 12a which is a drive shaft is caused to engage with a first resilient member 20, with a first circumferential direction gap interposed therebetween, and is caused to engage with an intermediate transmission member 19, with a circumferential direction gap that is larger than the first circumferential direction gap interposed therebetween. A second transmission member 18 fixed to an end portion of a worm 8 is caused to engage with a second resilient member 21, with a second circumferential direction gap interposed therebetween, and is caused to engage with the intermediate transmission member 19, with a circumferential direction gap larger than the second circumferential direction gap interposed therebetween. A first annular projecting portion 54 is press fitted into a first annular recessed portion 38, and a second annular projecting portion 60 is press fitted into a second annular recessed portion 45, in order to prevent separation of the first and second resilient members 20, 21 from the intermediate transmission member 19.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un joint de transmission de couple avec lequel il est possible de supprimer la génération d'un son anormal lorsque la direction de rotation d'un arbre d'entraînement est inversée. À cet effet, un premier élément de transmission (17) fixé à un arbre de sortie (12a), qui est un arbre d'entraînement, est amené à venir en prise avec un premier élément élastique (20), un premier espace de direction circonférentielle étant interposé entre eux, et est amené à venir en prise avec un élément de transmission intermédiaire (19), un espace de direction circonférentielle étant plus grand que le premier espace de direction circonférentielle interposé entre eux. Un second élément de transmission (18) fixé à une partie d'extrémité d'une vis (8) sans fin est amené à venir en prise avec un second élément élastique (21), un second espace de direction circonférentielle étant interposé entre eux, et est amené à venir en prise avec l'élément de transmission intermédiaire (19), un espace de direction circonférentielle étant plus grand que le second espace de direction circonférentielle interposé entre eux. Une première partie saillante annulaire (54) est ajustée par pression dans une première partie évidée annulaire (38), et une seconde partie saillante annulaire (60) est ajustée par pression dans une seconde partie évidée annulaire (45), afin d'empêcher la séparation des premier et second éléments élastiques (20, 21) à partir de l'élément de transmission intermédiaire (19).
(JA) 【課題】駆動軸の回転方向を反転させる際に、異音の発生を抑えることができるトルク伝達用継手を提供する。 【解決手段】駆動軸である出力軸12aに固定された第一伝達部材17を、第一弾性部材20に対して第一周方向隙間を介在させた状態で係合させ、かつ、中間伝達部材19に対して、第一周方向隙間よりも大きい周方向隙間を介在させた状態で係合させる。ウォーム8の端部に固定された第二伝達部材18を、第二弾性部材21に対して第二周方向隙間を介在させた状態で係合させ、かつ、中間伝達部材19に対して、第二周方向隙間よりも大きい周方向隙間を介在させた状態で係合させる。第一環状凹部38に第一環状凸部54を圧入し、第二環状凹部45に第二環状凸部60を圧入して、中間伝達部材19に対する第一、第二弾性部材20、21の分離防止を図る。
