Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a fluid device capable of adequately preventing leakage of fluid from between flanges. Flanges 61, 62 respectively of half bodies 20, 30 with which a casing 6 of a compressor 1 is provided are fastened together using a plurality of bolts 70 and a shared washer 78 shared between at least two adjacent bolts 70 from among the plurality of bolts 70. If F is a clamping force, T is the thickness of the shared washer 78, θ is an angle over which the clamping force is distributed, Rb is the radius of the bolts 70, R is the radius of a range R1 over which the clamping force is distributed at a seating surface 61A, A is the surface area of the range R1 at the seating surface 61A, and a is the surface area of a range R2 over which the clamping force is distributed at a mating surface of the flanges, and assuming that R=Rb+T/tanθ and A=πR2, then F/A is less than the yield strength of the flange material and the yield strength of the material of the shared washer 78, and F/a is at least equal to a prescribed surface pressure determined on the basis of the pressure of a fluid inside the casing during operation.
