Abstract:
(EN) This method for producing a rotor comprises: a step wherein after a step for applying an adhesive to a permanent magnet, the adhesive is dried by directly heating the permanent magnet so that the temperature of the permanent magnet becomes higher than the temperature of the adhesive; and a step wherein after the step for drying the adhesive, the permanent magnet is affixed to a rotor core by arranging the permanent magnet in the rotor core and subsequently curing the adhesive.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un rotor comprend : une étape dans laquelle, après une étape d'application d'un adhésif sur un aimant permanent, l'adhésif est séché par chauffage direct de l'aimant permanent de telle sorte que la température de l'aimant permanent devient supérieure à la température de l'adhésif ; et une étape dans laquelle, après l'étape de séchage de l'adhésif, l'aimant permanent est fixé à un noyau de rotor par agencement de l'aimant permanent dans le noyau de rotor et par la suite durcissement de l'adhésif.
(JA) このロータの製造方法では、接着剤を永久磁石に塗布する工程の後、永久磁石の温度が接着剤の温度より高くなるように、永久磁石を直接的に加熱して接着剤を乾燥させる工程と、接着剤を乾燥させる工程の後、ロータコアに永久磁石を配置し、接着剤を硬化させることにより、ロータコアに永久磁石を固定する工程とを備える。
