Abstract:
(EN) A connection structure, which is lightweight and exhibits excellent connection reliability, and in which wire breakage as a result of necking does not readily occur, is provided by using an aluminium alloy as a second conductor which forms a body to be connected, and optimizing the mechanical characteristics of a compressed portion and a non-compressed portion of the second conductor. In this connection structure (1), an electrical connection structure is formed as a result of directly connecting a first connection part (21) of a first conductor (20) forming a connection component (2), to a second connection part (31) of a second conductor (30) forming a body (3) to be connected, by compressing the first connection part (21). The first conductor (20) comprises copper or a copper alloy. The second conductor (30) comprises an aluminium alloy. The second conductor (30) has a Vickers hardness HV1 when measured at the position of the second connection part (31), while the electrical connection structure is in a formed state, of 110 or higher. Furthermore, the Vickers hardness HV2 when measured at a position of the second conductor (30) which does not form the electrical connection structure is at least 80% of Vickers hardness HV1.
(FR) L'invention concerne une structure de connexion légère qui présente une excellente fiabilité de connexion, et dans laquelle une rupture de fil en conséquence de la striction ne se produit pas facilement, obtenue par utilisation d'un alliage d'aluminium en tant que second conducteur formant un corps à connecter, et en optimisant les caractéristiques mécaniques d'une partie comprimée et d'une partie non comprimée du second conducteur. Dans cette structure de connexion (1), une structure de connexion électrique est formée en résultat de la connexion directe d'une première partie de connexion (21) d'un premier conducteur (20) formant un élément de connexion (2), à une seconde partie de connexion (31) d'un second conducteur (30) formant un corps (3) à connecter, par compression de la première partie de connexion (21). Le premier conducteur (20) comprend du cuivre ou un alliage de cuivre. Le second conducteur (30) comprend un alliage d'aluminium. Le second conducteur (30) a une dureté Vickers HV1 lorsqu'il est mesuré à la position de la seconde partie de connexion (31), tandis que la structure de connexion électrique est dans un état formé, de 110 ou plus. En outre, la dureté Vickers HV2 mesurée à une position du second conducteur (30) qui ne forme pas la structure de connexion électrique est d'au moins 80 % de la dureté Vickers HV1.
