Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for producing a laminate, the method having a step of laminating a fiber-reinforced resin composition layer on a metal member. Disclosed are a method for producing a laminate and a laminate obtained by said method, the method being characterized by having: a step of forming a resin film on a metal member; and a step of laminating a fiber-reinforced resin composition layer with the resin film therebetween, wherein the fiber-reinforced resin composition layer comprises a fiber-reinforced resin composition containing: (I) 20-80% by mass of a polymer having a melting point and/or a glass transition temperature of 50-300°C; and (C) 20-80% by mass of reinforced fibers (where a sum of the component (I) and the component (C) is 100% by mass).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un stratifié, le procédé comprenant une étape de stratification d'une couche de composition de résine renforcée par des fibres sur un élément métallique. L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un stratifié et un stratifié obtenu par ledit procédé, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une étape de formation d'un film de résine sur un élément métallique ; et une étape de stratification d'une couche de composition de résine renforcée par des fibres avec le film de résine entre elles, la couche de composition de résine renforcée par des fibres comprenant une composition de résine renforcée par des fibres contenant : (I) de 20 à 80 % en masse d'un polymère présentant un point de fusion et/ou une température de transition vitreuse de 50 à 300 °C ; et (C) de 20 à 80 % en masse de fibres renforcées (où une somme du composant (I) et du composant (C) est de 100 % en masse).
(JA) 金属部材に繊維強化樹脂組成物層を積層する工程を有する積層体の製造方法において、金属部材に樹脂被膜を形成する工程と、(I)融点及び/又はガラス転移温度が50~300℃の重合体20~80質量%、及び(C)強化繊維20~80質量%を含む繊維強化樹脂組成物(但し、成分(I)と成分(C)の合計を100質量%とする)を含む繊維強化樹脂組成物層を、前記樹脂被膜を介して積層する工程とを有することを特徴とする積層体の製造方法;並びに、その方法により得られる積層体が開示される。
