Abstract:
(EN) A machine component (10) according to one embodiment of the present invention, which is formed from a titanium alloy, is provided with an oxygen diffusion layer (10e) in the surfaces (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d). The nitrogen concentration in the oxygen diffusion layer (10e) is 0.5% by mass or less. The oxygen concentration in the oxygen diffusion layer (10e) is from 1.0% by mass to 6.0% by mass (inclusive) in the surfaces (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d). The oxygen concentration in the oxygen diffusion layer (10e) is from 0.6% by mass to 4.0% by mass (inclusive) at positions at a distance of 0.05 mm from the surfaces (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d).
(FR) La présente invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, un élément machine (10), qui est composé d'un alliage de titane, étant doté d'une couche de diffusion d'oxygène (10e) dans les surfaces (10a, 10b, 10c, 10d). La concentration en azote dans la couche de diffusion d'oxygène (10e) est inférieure ou égale à 0,5 %.
