Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide: titanium oxide-based microparticles which show a suppressed photocatalytic activity while maintaining a high refractive index and have an excellent transparency; a dispersion thereof; a method for producing the same, etc. [Solution] A method for producing a dispersion of iron-containing rutile type titanium oxide microparticles, said method comprising: (1) a step for neutralizing an aqueous solution of a metal salt of a mineral acid, which contains Ti and Fe at such a ratio as to satisfy the requirement 0.001≤Fe2O3/(TiO2+F2O3)≤0.010, to give iron-containing aqueous titanic acid; (2) a step for further adding an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution thereto to give an aqueous solution of iron-containing peroxotitanic acid having an average particle diameter of 15-50 nm; (3) a step for further adding a tin compound in such a manner as to satisfy the requirement 6≤TiO2/SnO2≤16; (4) a step for further adding a sol of silica-based microparticles, said microparticles containing Si and a metal element M at such a ratio as to satisfy the requirement 99.9/0.1≤(SiO2/MOx/2)≤80/20, in such a manner as to satisfy the requirement 0.08≤SiO2/(oxide of the other element)≤0.22; and (5) a step for hydrothermally treating the solution obtained in step (4).
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir : des microparticules à base d’oxyde de titane qui présentent une activité photocatalytique supprimée tout en conservant un indice de réfraction élevé et qui présentent une excellente transparence ; leur dispersion ; un procédé pour les produire, etc. La solution selon l’invention porte sur un procédé de production d’une dispersion de microparticules d’oxyde de titane de type rutile contenant du fer, ledit procédé comprenant : (1) une étape de neutralisation d’une solution aqueuse d’un sel métallique d’un acide minéral, qui contient du Ti et du Fe sous un rapport permettant de satisfaire l’exigence 0,001 ≤ Fe2O3/(TiO2+F2O3) ≤ 0,010, pour fournir de l’acide titanique aqueux contenant du fer ; (2) une étape d’addition supplémentaire d’une solution aqueuse de peroxyde d’hydrogène à cette dernière pour obtenir une solution aqueuse d’acide peroxotitanique contenant du fer ayant un diamètre moyen de particule de 15 à 50 nm ; (3) une étape d’addition supplémentaire d’un composé d’étain d’une manière permettant de satisfaire l’exigence 6 ≤ TiO2/SnO2 ≤ 16 ; (4) une étape d’addition supplémentaire d’un sol de microparticules à base de silice, lesdites microparticules contenant du Si et un élément métallique (M) sous un rapport permettant de satisfaire l’exigence 99,9/0,1 ≤ (SiO2/MOx/2) ≤ 80/20, d’une manière permettant de satisfaire l’exigence 0,08 ≤ SiO2/(oxyde de l’autre élément) ≤ 0,22 ; et (5) une étape de traitement hydrothermique de la solution obtenue à l’étape (4).
(JA) [課題]高い屈折率を維持したまま光触媒活性が抑制され、透明性に優れた酸化チタン系微粒子およびその分散液、ならびにその製造方法等を提供すること。 [解決手段](1)TiおよびFeをFe23/(TiO2+Fe23)=0.001~0.010の割合で含む金属鉱酸塩水溶液を中和して鉄含有含水チタン酸を得る工程、(2)さらに過酸化水素水を加えて、平均粒子径が15~50nmである鉄含有過酸化チタン酸の水溶液を得る工程、(3)さらにスズ化合物をTiO2/SnO2=6~16の範囲になるように加える工程、(4)さらにSiと金属元素MとをSiO2/MOx/2=99.9/0.1~80/20の範囲で含むシリカ系微粒子のゾルを、SiO2/(他の元素の酸化物)=0.08~0.22の範囲になるように加える工程、(5)工程(4)で得られた溶液を水熱処理する工程を含む鉄含有ルチル型酸化チタン微粒子分散液の製造方法。
