Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a small controller that can accurately control the flow rate of a high-pressure fluid. A power transmission device (4) for amplifying a force applied to an operating shaft (43) and transmitting the force to a valve rod of a driving device (3) is provided between the operating shaft (43) and the valve rod (15). A diaphragm (14), as a valve element, is made of a metal and can be transformed into a state in which a fluid passage (12b) is completely closed, a state in which the fluid passage (12b) is fully open, and a state in which the fluid passage (12b) is partially open. In the state in which the fluid passage (12b) is partially open, the driving device (3) finely adjusts the position of the operating shaft (43) on the basis of the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the fluid passages (12a, 12b) so that the flow rate is constant.
(FR) L'invention concerne un petit dispositif de commande qui peut commander avec précision le débit d'un fluide haute pression. Un dispositif de transmission de puissance (4) destiné à amplifier une force appliquée à un arbre de commande (43) et à transmettre la force à une tige de soupape d'un dispositif d'entraînement (3), est disposé entre l'arbre de commande (43) et la tige de soupape (15). Un diaphragme (14), en tant qu'élément de soupape, est constitué d'un métal et peut être transformé en un état dans lequel un passage de fluide (12b) est complètement fermé, en un état dans lequel le passage de fluide (12b) est complètement ouvert, et en un état dans lequel le passage de fluide (12b) est partiellement ouvert. Dans l'état dans lequel le passage de fluide (12b) est partiellement ouvert, le dispositif d'entraînement (3) règle précisément la position de l'arbre de commande (43) sur la base du débit du fluide s'écoulant à travers les passages de fluide (12a, 12b), de sorte que le débit est constant.
