Abstract:
(EN) A surface treatment method according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with an oxygen immersion step for mixing oxygen in the surface of a member to form a solid solution by maintaining a heating temperature of the member in a gas atmosphere that includes an inert gas and oxygen. The member is constituted of pure titanium or a titanium alloy. The concentration of oxygen in the gas atmosphere is 100 – 500 ppm.
(FR) Un procédé de traitement de surface selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend une étape d'immersion dans l'oxygène destinée à incorporer de l'oxygène dans la surface d'un élément pour former une solution solide, par maintien d'une température de chauffage de l'élément dans une atmosphère gazeuse qui comprend un gaz inerte et de l'oxygène. L'élément est constitué de titane pur ou d'un alliage de titane. La concentration en oxygène dans l'atmosphère gazeuse va de 100 à 500 ppm.
(JA) 本発明の一態様に係る表面処理方法は、不活性ガスと酸素とを含有する雰囲気ガス中において、部材を加熱温度に保持することにより部材の表面に酸素を固溶させる浸酸工程を備える。部材は、純チタン又はチタン合金により構成される。雰囲気ガス中における酸素の濃度は、100ppm以上500ppm以下である。
