Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to achieve: a semipreg and a prepreg, each of which is capable of reducing the residual volatile content; respective production methods of the semipreg and the prepreg; a fiber reinforced composite material which is reduced in or becomes free from defects such as voids due to the semipreg or the prepreg, thereby having good heat resistance and mechanical strength; and a production method of the fiber reinforced composite material. The present invention solves the above-described problem by providing a semipreg or the like, which is characterized by containing a powder of an imide oligomer represented by specific general formula (1) and reinforcing fibers.
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est d'obtenir : un semi-imprégné et un pré-imprégné, tous deux capables de réduire la teneur en composés volatils résiduaires ; les procédés de production respectifs du semi-imprégné et du pré-imprégné ; un matériau composite renforcé par fibres présentant des défauts réduits ou exempt de défauts tels que vides grâce audit semi-imprégné ou pré-imprégné, et ayant de ce fait une bonne résistance à la chaleur et une bonne résistance mécanique ; et un procédé de production dudit matériau composite renforcé par fibres. La présente invention atteint l'objet ci-dessus par utilisation d'un semi-imprégné ou autre, qui est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient une poudre d'oligomère d'imide représenté par la formule générale spécifique (1) et des fibres de renfort.
(JA) 本発明の目的は、揮発分の残存を低減し得るセミプレグ、プリプレグ、および、これらの製造方法を実現し、これによりボイド等の欠陥が低減され、あるいは無くなって、良好な耐熱性、機械的強度を有する繊維強化複合材料、および、その製造方法を実現することにある。本発明は、特定の一般式(1)で表されるイミドオリゴマーの粉末と、強化繊維と、を含むことを特徴とするセミプレグ等を提供することにより、上記課題を解決する。
