Title: METHOD FOR PRODUCING SEALANT
Abstract:
A method for producing a sealant comprises a weighing/mixing step (S01), a kneading step (S02), a stirring/defoaming step (S03) and a filling step (S04). In the weighing/mixing step (S01), a main component and a curing agent are weighed separately and are mixed together. In the kneading step (S02), a mixture that has been mixed in the weighing/mixing step (S01) is kneaded. In the stirring/defoaming step (S03), a kneaded product that has been kneaded in the kneading step (S02) is stirred and defoamed. In the filling step (S04), a kneaded product that has been defoamed in the stirring/defoaming step (S03) is filled in a container. In the stirring/defoaming step (S03), the kneaded product is stirred in such a manner that the product of the number of rotations for stirring the kneaded product and the stirring time for stirring the kneaded product can become equal to or higher than a lower limit value of the product and can become equal to or lower than an upper limit value of the product, wherein the lower limit value and the upper limit value are determined in advance on the basis of the amounts of the kneaded product to be stirred.
