Provided is a method for producing a laminate that includes a polypropylene-based adhesive layer (I) and a base material layer (II), the method satisfying at least requirements (1) to (5) below and including a heat treatment step in which a heat treatment is carried out for 5-120 minutes at a temperature of 80-140ºC. Requirement (1): The adhesive layer (I) contains 97-70 wt% of a propylene copolymer (A) and 3-30 wt% of a copolymer (B) having structural units derived from butene (here, the total quantity of copolymers (A) and (B) is 100 wt%). Requirement (2): The copolymer (A) has a melting point (TmA) of 70-120ºC, as measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and has a content of structural units derived from butene of less than 1 mol%. Requirement (3): The copolymer (B) has a melting point (TmB) of 130ºC or lower, as measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and has a content of structural units derived from butene of 1 mol% or more. Requirement (4): The adhesive layer (I) contains a polymer (C) having structural units derived from at least one type of graft monomer selected from the group consisting of unsaturated carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof. Requirement (5): The base material layer (II) contains a polyester-based resin.
