Abstract:
(EN) The titanium phosphate powder according to the present invention comprises plate-shaped crystalline particles of titanium phosphate, wherein the plate-shaped crystalline particles have an average thickness of not less than 0.01 μm but less than 0.10 μm, and an aspect ratio obtained by dividing the average primary particle size of the plate-shaped crystalline particles by the average thickness is not less than 5. In the production method for titanium phosphate powder according to the present invention, when titanium phosphate powder comprising plate-shaped crystalline particles of titanium phosphate is produced by reaction of a raw material containing titanium and phosphorus by a hydrothermal synthesis method, a mixture of titanium sulfate and phosphoric acid is used as the raw material.
(FR) La poudre de phosphate de titane selon la présente invention comprend des particules cristallines en forme de plaque de phosphate de titane, les particules cristallines en forme de plaque ayant une épaisseur moyenne non inférieure à 0,01 µm mais inférieure à 0,10 µm, et un rapport de forme obtenu en divisant la taille moyenne de particule primaire des particules cristallines en forme de plaque par l'épaisseur moyenne n'étant pas inférieur à 5. Dans le procédé de production de poudre de phosphate de titane selon la présente invention, lorsqu'une poudre de phosphate de titane comprenant des particules cristallines en forme de plaque de phosphate de titane est produite par la réaction d'une matière première contenant du titane et du phosphore par un procédé de synthèse hydrothermique, un mélange de sulfate de titane et d'acide phosphorique est utilisé en tant que matière première.
(JA) 本発明のリン酸チタン粉体は、リン酸チタンの板状結晶粒子からなるリン酸チタン粉体であって、板状結晶粒子の平均厚さが0.01μm以上0.10μm未満で、板状結晶粒子の平均一次粒子径を平均厚さで除した値であるアスペクト比が5以上である。本発明のリン酸チタン粉体の製造方法では、チタンとリンとを含有する原料を水熱合成法により反応させて、リン酸チタンの板状結晶粒子からなるリン酸チタン粉体を製造する際に、原料として硫酸チタンとリン酸との混合物を用いる。
