Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a surface-material-coated foamed particle molded body having a surface material containing fibers such that the molded body achieves high rigidity while retaining lightness and such that problems of poor appearance and poor adhesion are mitigated. The surface-material-coated foamed particle molded body (100) comprises: a surface material (10) comprising a polypropylene resin molded body; and a polypropylene resin foamed particle molded body (20) coated with the surface material (10). The surface material (10) has a multilayer structure including an inner layer (14) that adheres to the foamed particle molded body (20) and an outer layer (12) that is positioned outside the inner layer (14). The outer layer (12) comprises a polypropylene resin and reinforced fibers, and the inner layer (14) comprises a polypropylene resin and reinforced fibers at a proportion less than the proportion of the reinforced fibers contained in the outer layer (12) or comprises a polypropylene resin and substantially does not comprise reinforced fibers. The average value of the ratio of the thickness of the outer layer (12) to the sum of the thicknesses of the outer layer (12) and the inner layer (14) is 0.20 to 0.65, and the coefficient of variation Cv thereof is 30% or less.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un corps moulé en particules expansées revêtu d'un matériau de surface, possédant un matériau de surface contenant des fibres de sorte que le corps moulé présente une rigidité élevée tout en conservant une certaine légèreté, et de sorte que les problèmes d'aspect et de manque d'adhérence sont atténués. Le corps moulé (100) en particules expansées revêtu d'un matériau de surface comprend : un matériau de surface (10) comprenant un corps moulé en résine de polypropylène ; et un corps moulé en particules expansées de résine de polypropylène (20) revêtu du matériau de surface (10). Le matériau de surface (10) présente une structure multicouche comportant une couche intérieure (14) qui adhère au corps moulé en particules expansées (20) et une couche extérieure (12) qui est positionnée à l'extérieur de la couche intérieure (14). La couche extérieure (12) comprend une résine de polypropylène et des fibres de renfort, et la couche intérieure (14) comprend une résine de polypropylène et des fibres de renfort en une proportion inférieure à la proportion des fibres de renfort contenues dans la couche extérieure (12) ou comprend une résine de polypropylène et ne comprend sensiblement pas de fibres de renfort. La valeur moyenne du rapport de l'épaisseur de la couche extérieure (12) sur la somme des épaisseurs de la couche extérieure (12) et de la couche intérieure (14) vaut de 0,20 à 0,65, et le coefficient de variation Cv de ce dernier est inférieur ou égal à 30 %.
(JA) 繊維を含有する表皮材を備える表皮材被覆発泡粒子成形体であって、軽量性を維持しつつ高剛性化が図られるとともに、外観不良の問題及び接着性不良の問題が改善された表皮材被覆発泡粒子成形体を提供する。表皮材被覆発泡粒子成形体(100)は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂成形体からなる表皮材(10)と、表皮材(10)により被覆されたポリプロピレン系樹脂発泡粒子成形体(20)とを備え、表皮材(10)が、発泡粒子成形体(20)と接着する内層(14)と内層(14)の外側に位置する外層(12)とを備える多層構造を有しており、外層(12)は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂及び強化繊維を含有し、内層(14)は、ポリプロピレン系樹脂及び外層(12)に含有される強化繊維の含有割合よりも少ない含有割合の強化繊維を含有するか、又はポリプロピレン系樹脂を含有し実質的に強化繊維を含有せず、外層(12)の厚みと内層(14)の厚みとの和に対する外層(12)の厚みの比の平均値が0.20以上0.65以下であり、その変動係数Cvが30%以下である。
