Abstract:
(EN) A hybrid multiplexer (1) is provided with a filter (10) which passes an HB high frequency signal, and a filter (20) which passes an MB high frequency signal. The filter (20) includes a matching circuit (21), a first resonance circuit configured from one of a LPF (22) and a HPF (23), and a second resonance circuit configured from the other of the LPF (22) and the HPF (23). The LPF (22) includes an inductor (Ls) and a parallel-arm resonator. The HPF (23) includes a series-arm resonator and an inductor (Lp). A resonance frequency of the parallel-arm resonator and an antiresonance frequency of the series-arm resonator are both positioned between an HB lower-end frequency and an HB higher-end frequency.
(FR) Un multiplexeur hybride (1) est pourvu d'un filtre (10) qui laisse passer un signal haute fréquence HB, et d'un filtre (20) qui laisse passer un signal haute fréquence MB. Le filtre (20) comprend un circuit d'adaptation (21), un premier circuit de résonance configuré à partir d'un LPF (22) ou d'un HPF (23), et un second circuit de résonance configuré à partir de l'autre élément parmi le LPF (22) et le HPF (23). Le LPF (22) comprend une bobine d'induction (Ls) et un résonateur à bras parallèle. Le HPF (23) comprend un résonateur à bras en série et une bobine d'induction (Lp). Une fréquence de résonance du résonateur à bras parallèle et une fréquence d'antirésonance du résonateur à bras en série sont toutes deux positionnées entre une fréquence d'extrémité inférieure HB et une fréquence d'extrémité supérieure HB.
