Abstract:
(EN) The carrier core material according to the present invention comprises ferrite particles which are each represented by composition formula MXFe3-XO4 (where, M denotes at least one type of a metal element selected from the group consisting of Mg, Mn, Ca, Ti, Cu, Zn and Ni, and 03; and the magnetization σ1k is 63-75 Am2/kg when a magnetic field of 79.58×103 A/m (1,000 oersted) is applied.
(FR) Un matériau de noyau de support selon la présente invention comprend des particules de ferrite qui sont chacune représentées par la formule de composition MXFe3-XO4 (où M désigne au moins un type d’un élément métallique choisi dans le groupe constitué de Mg, Mn, Ca, Ti, Cu, Zn et Ni, et 0 < X < 1 est satisfait), une partie de M et/ou Fe est substituée par Sr, ledit matériau de noyau de support étant caractérisé en ce que : la quantité contenue de Sr est de 2 500 à 12 000 ppm ; la quantité de Sr éluée dans de l’eau pure à 25 °C est d’au plus 50 ppm ; la masse volumique apparente est de 1,85 à 2,25 g/cm3 ; et la magnétisation σ1k est de 63 à 75 Am2/kg lorsqu’un champ magnétique de 79,58 × 103 A/m (1 000 œrsted) est appliqué.
(JA) 本発明に係るキャリア芯材は、組成式MFe3-X(但し、MはMg,Mn,Ca,Ti,Cu,Zn,Niからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属元素,0<X<1)で表され、M及び/又はFeの一部がSrで置換されたフェライト粒子からなるキャリア芯材であって、Srの含有量が2500ppm以上12000ppm以下で、純水による温度25℃におけるSr溶出量が50ppm以下で、見掛け密度が1.85g/cm以上2.25g/cm以下で、磁場79.58×10A/m(1000エルステッド)を印加した際の磁化σ1kが63Am/kg以上75Am/kg以下であること特徴とする。
