Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a parking brake control device (55) that is a vehicle control device used in a vehicle (10) in which a shift-by-wire system (11) and a brake-by-wire system (15) are installed. An EPB automatic actuation function is a function for automatically actuating an electric parking brake (56) without manipulation by the driver of the vehicle (11), and a disable request is a request by the driver to disable the EPB automatic actuation function. The parking brake control device (55) is equipped with a disablement determination unit (71) for determining whether or not there is a disable request, a stopped vehicle determination unit (72) for determining whether or not the vehicle (10) is stopped, a sloping road determination unit (73) for determining whether or not the vehicle is positioned upon a sloping road, and an EPB automatic actuation unit (74). Even in cases in which there is a disable request, the EPB automatic actuation unit (74) actuates the electric parking brake (56) when the vehicle (10) is stopped upon a sloping road.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande de frein de stationnement (55) qui est un dispositif de commande de véhicule utilisé dans un véhicule (10) comportant un système de changement de vitesse électrique (11) et un système de freinage électrique (15). Une fonction d'actionnement automatique EPB est une fonction pour actionner automatiquement un frein de stationnement électrique (56) sans manipulation par le conducteur du véhicule (11), et une requête de désactivation est une requête effectuée par le conducteur pour désactiver la fonction d'actionnement automatique EPB. Le dispositif de commande de frein de stationnement (55) comporte une unité de détermination de désactivation (71) pour déterminer s'il y a ou non une requête de désactivation, une unité de détermination de véhicule arrêté (72) pour déterminer si oui ou non le véhicule (10) est arrêté, une unité de détermination de route en pente (73) pour déterminer si oui ou non le véhicule se trouve sur une route en pente, et une unité d'actionnement automatique EPB (74). Même dans les cas où il y a une requête de désactivation, l'unité d'actionnement automatique EPB (74) actionne le frein de stationnement électrique (56) lorsque le véhicule (10) est arrêté sur une route en pente.
(JA) パーキングブレーキ制御装置(55)は、シフトバイワイヤシステム(11)およびブレーキバイワイヤシステム(15)を搭載した車両(10)に用いられる車両用制御装置である。車両(11)のドライバーの操作なしに電動パーキングブレーキ(56)を自動的に作動させる機能をEPB自動作動機能とし、EPB自動作動機能を無効化するためのドライバーによる要求を無効化要求とする。パーキングブレーキ制御装置(55)は、無効化要求の有無を判定する無効化判定部(71)と、車両(10)が停車中か否かを判定する停車判定部(72)と、車両(10)が坂道の上に位置中か否かを判定する坂道判定部(73)と、EPB自動作動部(74)を備えている。EPB自動作動部(74)は、無効化要求が有る場合であっても、車両(10)が坂道の上で停車したときには電動パーキングブレーキ(56)を作動させる。
