Abstract:
(EN) The present feature pertains to an image processing device and an image processing method with which it is possible to appropriately set an area of interest in an image subject to an image correction process. An image processing device according to one aspect of the present feature is mounted in a mobile entity, wherein the image processing device is provided with: a speed detection unit for detecting the movement speed of the mobile entity; an area-of-interest setting unit for setting, on the basis of the detected movement speed, an area of interest in an image in which the travel direction of the mobile entity is imaged; and an image correction processing unit for performing a prescribed image correction process on the image on the basis of the pixel value of a pixel that belongs to the area of interest in the image. The present feature can be applied to, for example, a vehicle onboard sensor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de traitement d'images et un procédé de traitement d'images à l'aide desquels il est possible de spécifier de manière appropriée une zone d'intérêt dans une image soumise à un processus de correction d'image. Un dispositif de traitement d'images selon un aspect de la présente invention est montée dans une entité mobile, le dispositif de traitement d'images comportant: une unité de détection de vitesse servant à détecter la vitesse de mouvement de l'entité mobile; une unité de spécification de zone d'intérêt servant à spécifier, sur la base de la vitesse de mouvement détectée, une zone d'intérêt dans une image dans laquelle la direction de déplacement de l'entité mobile est imagée; et une unité de traitement de correction d'images servant à réaliser un processus prescrit de correction d'image sur l'image sur la base de la valeur de pixel d'un pixel qui appartient à la zone d'intérêt dans l'image.
