Abstract:
(EN) This method for joining members comprises: preparing a first member 10, a second member 20, a guide shaft member 38, rubber 32, a first presser 34, a second presser 35, and a drive mechanism 36; passing the second member 20 through a hole 12a in the first member 10; passing the guide shaft member 38 through a through hole 32a in the rubber 32; passing the rubber 32, through which the guide shaft member 38 has been passed, through the interior of the second member 20; arranging an assembly 1 resulting from assembly of the first member 10, the second member 20, the rubber 32, and the guide shaft member 38 so as to extend in the horizontal direction; arranging the first presser 34 and the second presser 35 such that the assembly 1 is held therebetween; moving the second presser 35 toward the first presser 34; using the first presser 34 and the second presser 35 to compress the rubber 32 in the direction in which the guide shaft member 38 extends and cause same to expand toward the radially outward side of the guide shaft member 38; and thereby expanding and deforming at least the section of the second member 20 that has been passed through the hole 12a, and joining same by swaging to the first member 10.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage d'éléments consistant : à préparer un premier élément (10), un second élément (20), un élément d'arbre de guidage (38), un caoutchouc (32), un premier presseur (34), un second presseur (35) et un mécanisme d'entraînement (36) ; à faire passer le second élément (20) à travers un trou (12a) dans le premier élément (10) ; à faire passer l'élément d'arbre de guidage (38) à travers un trou traversant (32a) dans le caoutchouc (32) ; à faire passer le caoutchouc (32), à travers lequel l'élément d'arbre de guidage (38) a été passé, à travers l'intérieur du second élément (20) ; à agencer un montage (1) résultant du montage du premier élément (10), du second élément (20), du caoutchouc (32) et de l'élément d'arbre de guidage (38) de manière à ce qu'il s'étende dans la direction horizontale ; à agencer le premier presseur (34) et le second presseur (35) de sorte que le montage (1) soit maintenu entre eux ; à déplacer le second presseur (35) vers le premier presseur (34) ; à utiliser le premier presseur (34) et le second presseur (35) en vue de comprimer le caoutchouc (32) dans la direction dans laquelle l'élément d'arbre de guidage (38) s'étend et de provoquer l'élargissement de ce dernier vers le côté radialement vers l'extérieur de l'élément d'arbre de guidage (38) ; et par conséquent à élargir et à déformer au moins la section du second élément (20) qui a été passé à travers le trou (12a), et à assembler ce dernier par emboutissage au premier élément (10).
(JA) 本発明の部材の接合方法は、第1部材10と、第2部材20と、ガイド軸部材38と、ゴム32と、第1押子34と、第2押子35と、駆動機構36とを準備し、第1部材10の孔部12aに第2部材20を挿通し、ゴム32の貫通孔32aにガイド軸部材38を挿通し、第2部材20の内部にガイド軸部材38が挿通されたゴム32を挿入し、第1部材10と第2部材20とゴム32とガイド軸部材38とが組み合わされた組立体1を水平方向に延びるように配置し、第1押子34と第2押子35とによって組立体1を挟むように配置し、第2押子35を第1押子34に向かって移動させ、第1押子34と前2押子35とによってゴム32をガイド軸部材38が延びる方向に圧縮してガイド軸部材38の径方向外側に向けて膨張させ、それによって第2部材20の少なくとも孔部12aに挿通された部分を拡大変形させて第1部材10にかしめ接合する。
