Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a paste composition for a solar battery, which, when applied to a crystalline solar battery cell in which openings in a passivation film has a diameter of at most 100 μm with the total area of the openings accounting for 0.5-5% of the area of the crystalline solar battery cell, is able to achieve excellent conversion efficiency, to suppress generation of voids at an electrode layer interface after baking, and further to minimize the reduction rate of conversion efficiency after a static mechanical load test is performed. Specifically the solar battery paste composition according to the present invention is intended for use in forming a p+ layer in a crystalline solar battery cell having a passivation film provided with openings, and comprises glass powder, an organic vehicle, and a conductive material, the composition being characterized in that (1) the openings have a diameter of at most 100 μm, while the total area of the openings accounts for 0.5-5% of the area of the crystalline solar battery cell, and (2) the conductive material comprises an aluminum powder and an aluminum-silicon alloy powder having primary silicon crystals of at most 5 μm in major diameter.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de pâte pour une batterie solaire, qui, lorsqu'elle est appliquée à une cellule de batterie solaire cristalline dans laquelle des ouvertures dans un film de passivation a un diamètre d'au plus 100 µm avec la surface totale des ouvertures représentant 0,5 à 5 % de la surface de la cellule de batterie solaire cristalline, est capable d'atteindre une excellente efficacité de conversion, de supprimer la génération de vides au niveau d'une interface de couche d'électrode après cuisson, et en outre de réduire au minimum le taux de réduction de l'efficacité de conversion après qu'un test de charge mécanique statique est réalisé. Plus spécifiquement, la composition de pâte de batterie solaire selon la présente invention est destinée à être utilisée dans la formation d'une couche p+ dans une cellule de batterie solaire cristalline ayant un film de passivation pourvu d'ouvertures, et comprend une poudre de verre, un véhicule organique et un matériau conducteur, la composition étant caractérisée en ce que (1) les ouvertures ont un diamètre d'au plus 100 µm, tandis que la surface totale des ouvertures représente 0,5 à 5 % de la surface de la cellule de batterie solaire cristalline, et (2) le matériau conducteur comprend une poudre d'aluminium et une poudre d'alliage d'aluminium-silicium ayant des cristaux de silicium primaires d'au plus 5 µm de diamètre majeur.
(JA) 本発明は、パッシベーション膜の開口部の直径が100μm以下であり、開口部の総面積が結晶系太陽電池セルの面積の0.5~5%である結晶系太陽電池セルに対して適用した場合に、優れた変換効率が達成できるとともに、焼成後の電極層界面でのボイドの発生を抑制し、更に静的機械荷重試験後の変換効率の低下率を抑制できる太陽電池用ペースト組成物を提供する。 本発明は、具体的には、開口部を設けたパッシベーション膜を有する結晶系太陽電池セルに対してp層を形成する用途に用いる、ガラス粉末、有機ビヒクル及び導電性材料を含有する太陽電池用ペースト組成物であって、 (1)前記開口部は直径が100μm以下であり、前記開口部の総面積は前記結晶系太陽電池セルの面積の0.5~5%であり、 (2)前記導電性材料は、アルミニウム粉末と、長径が5μm以下のシリコンの初晶を有するアルミニウム-シリコン合金粉末とを含有する、 ことを特徴とする太陽電池用ペースト組成物を提供する。
