Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a fluid heater capable of improving efficiency in heating a fluid; a fluid control device; and a production method for the fluid heater. This fluid heater (20) is provided with: a flow path member (22) having a flow path (22c) formed therein; and a heater (25) for heating the flow path member (22), wherein the flow path (22c) is formed in a helical shape and has a polygonal cross-sectional shape along the longitudinal direction. The shaping direction (M) of the flow path member (22) is parallel to one of the diagonal lines of the polygon. The flow path member (22) is formed in a substantially columnar shape, and the longitudinal direction of the flow path member (22) is the same as the shaping direction of the flow path member (22).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage de fluide capable d'améliorer l'efficacité de chauffage d'un fluide ; un dispositif de commande de fluide ; et un procédé de production pour le dispositif de chauffage de fluide. Le présent dispositif de chauffage de fluide (20) comprend : un élément de trajet d'écoulement (22) ayant un trajet d'écoulement (22c) formé à l'intérieur de celui-ci ; et un dispositif de chauffage (25) pour chauffer l'élément de trajet d'écoulement (22), le trajet d'écoulement (22c) étant formé selon une forme hélicoïdale et ayant une forme de section transversale polygonale le long de la direction longitudinale. La direction de mise en forme (M) de l'élément de trajet d'écoulement (22) est parallèle à l'une des lignes diagonales du polygone. L'élément de trajet d'écoulement (22) est formé dans une forme sensiblement en colonne, et la direction longitudinale de l'élément de trajet d'écoulement (22) est la même que la direction de mise en forme de l'élément de trajet d'écoulement (22).
(JA) 流体の加熱効率を高めることが可能な流体加熱器、流体制御装置、および流体加熱器の製造方法を提供する。流体加熱器(20)は、流路(22c)が形成された流路部材(22)と、流路部材(22)を加熱するためのヒータ(25)とを備え、流路(22c)は、螺旋状をなし、長手方向に沿った断面の形状が多角形状をなしている。流路部材(22)の造形方向(M)は、多角形の対角線の一つと平行をなしている。流路部材(22)は、略円柱状をなし、その長手方向が流路部材(22)の造形方向と同方向である。
