Abstract:
(EN) A female connector (1) comprises female terminals (10) each formed from a metal material having a hollow pipe shape and a female housing (20) holding the female terminals (10). Paired connectors comprise the female connector (1) and a male connector (3). The male connector (3) has male terminals (30) each formed from a bar-shaped metal material, and a male housing (40) that holds the male terminals and is fittable to the female housing 20, wherein, in a state where the male housing (40) and the female housing (20) are fitted to each other, the male terminals (30) are inserted inside the hollow pipe structures of the female terminals (10) and conduction paths are formed between the female terminals (10) and the male terminals (30). Manufacturing of the female connector (1) is performed by a step for producing a raw material body obtained by embedding and fixing, with a polymer material (20), hollow pipes (12) each formed from a long metal material corresponding to the plurality of terminals (10) as illustrated, and a step for dividing the raw material body into a plurality of pieces in the axial direction of the hollow pipes (12).
(FR) Un connecteur femelle (1) comprend des bornes femelles (10) constituées chacune d'un matériau métallique ayant une forme de tuyau creux et un boîtier femelle (20) retenant les bornes femelles (10). Des connecteurs appariés comprennent le connecteur femelle (1) et un connecteur mâle (3). Le connecteur mâle (3) a des bornes mâles (30) constituées chacune d'un matériau métallique en forme de barre, et un boîtier mâle (40) qui retient les bornes mâles et peut être ajusté au boîtier femelle (20), les bornes mâles (30) étant, dans un état dans lequel le boîtier mâle (40) et le boîtier femelle (20) sont ajustés l'un à l'autre, insérées à l'intérieur des structures de tuyau creux des bornes femelles (10) et des trajets de conduction sont formés entre les bornes femelles (10) et les bornes mâles (30).
