Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a laminate for a battery, which includes a metal base material layer and a polypropylene-based adhesive layer that satisfies at least the following conditions (1) to (4): (1) the adhesive contains 40-94 wt% of a propylene-based copolymer (A), 3-30 wt% of a butene-containing copolymer (B) and 3-30 wt% of an ethylene·α-olefin copolymer (C) (here, the total quantity of the copolymers (A), (B) and (C) is 100 wt%); (2) the copolymer (A) is a polymer having a melting point of 130ºC or higher, as measured by differential scanning calorimetry, and the overall proportion of structural units derived from ethylene is 4-25 mol% relative to a total of 100 mol% of all the structural units that constitute the copolymer (A) contained in the adhesive; (3) the copolymer (B) has a content of structural units derived from ethylene of less than 1 mol%, and has a melting point of 100ºC or lower, as measured by differential scanning calorimetry; and (4) the copolymer (C) has a content of structural units derived from ethylene of 50-99 mol%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un stratifié pour batterie, qui comprend une couche de matériau de base métallique et une couche adhésive à base de polypropylène qui satisfait au moins les conditions (1) à (4) suivantes : (1) l’adhésif contient de 40 à 94 % en pds d’un copolymère à base de propylène (A), de 3 à 30 % en pds d’un copolymère (B) contenant du butène et de 3 à 30 % en pds d’un copolymère d’éthylène•α-oléfine (C) (ici, la quantité totale des copolymères (A), (B) et (C) est de 100 % en pds) ; (2) le copolymère (A) est un polymère ayant un point de fusion de 130 °C ou plus, tel que mesuré par calorimétrie différentielle à compensation de puissance, et la proportion totale des motifs structurels dérivés de l’éthylène est de 4 à 25 % en mole par rapport à un total de 100 % en mole de tous les motifs structurels qui constituent le copolymère (A) contenu dans l’adhésif ; (3) le copolymère (B) présente une teneur des motifs structurels dérivés de l’éthylène inférieure à 1 % en mole, et présente un point de fusion de 100 °C ou moins, tel que mesuré par calorimétrie différentielle à compensation de puissance ; et (4) le copolymère (C) présente une teneur des motifs structurels dérivés de l’éthylène de 50 à 99 % en mole.
