Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a phase difference film, by means of which bright spots are reduced. This method for manufacturing a phase difference film comprises: a step for forming a first coating film 12 on a continuous film support 11 being conveyed, by coating the same with an alignment layer forming material for forming an alignment layer having an alignment restriction force for liquid crystal components, and drying the alignment layer forming material; a step for forming the alignment layer by applying the alignment restriction force by irradiating the first coating film 12 with polarized light; a step for forming a second coating film on the alignment layer by coating the alignment layer with a liquid crystal layer forming material including a liquid crystal compound and drying the liquid crystal layer forming material; and a step for forming a liquid crystal layer by aligning the liquid crystal compound in the second coating film and fixing the alignment, the method comprising a step for heating the first coating film 12 on a heat roll 20 under the action of a pressing force on the first coating film 12 after the step for forming the first film 12, and before the step for forming the alignment layer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film à différence de phase, au moyen duquel des points brillants sont réduits. Ce procédé de fabrication d'un film à différence de phase comprend : une étape de formation d'un premier film de revêtement (12) sur un support de film continu (11) transporté, par revêtement de ce dernier avec un matériau de formation de couche d'alignement pour former une couche d'alignement ayant une force de restriction d'alignement destinée à des composants de cristaux liquides, et par séchage du matériau de formation de couche d'alignement ; une étape de formation de la couche d'alignement par application de la force de restriction d'alignement par irradiation du premier film de revêtement (12) d'une lumière polarisée ; une étape de formation d'un second film de revêtement sur la couche d'alignement par revêtement de la couche d'alignement d'un matériau de formation de couche de cristaux liquides comprenant un composé de cristaux liquides et par séchage du matériau de formation de couche de cristaux liquides ; et une étape de formation d'une couche de cristaux liquides par alignement du composé de cristaux liquides dans le second film de revêtement et par fixation de l'alignement, le procédé comprenant une étape de chauffage du premier film de revêtement (12) sur un rouleau de chaleur (20) sous l'action d'une force de pression sur le premier film de revêtement (12) après l'étape de formation du premier film (12), et avant l'étape de formation de la couche d'alignement.
(JA) 輝点が低減される位相差フィルムの製造方法を提供する。位相差フィルムの製造方法は、搬送される連続フィルム支持体11上に、液晶化合物に対する配向規制力を備える配向層を形成するための配向層形成用材料を塗布および乾燥して第1の塗膜12を形成する工程と、第1の塗膜12に偏光を照射することにより配向規制力を付与して配向層を形成する工程と、配向層上に液晶化合物を含む液晶層形成用材料を塗布および乾燥して第2の塗膜を形成する工程と、第2の塗膜中の液晶化合物を配向させ、配向を固定して液晶層を形成する工程とを備え、第1の塗膜12を形成する工程の後、配向層を形成する工程の前に第1の塗膜12に押圧力を作用させた状態で、第1の塗膜12をヒートロール20上で加熱する工程を有する。
