Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a method for producing a shaft for a steering device, the shaft for a steering device including: a spline shaft part to be connected with an input shaft; a stopper part to be connected with an output shaft; and an intermediate shaft part that connects the spline shaft part and the stopper part. The production method comprises: a step for forming, by forging, a hole that is dented in the axial direction from one end of a columnar material; and a step for pressing, by forging, the material in which the hole has been formed into a mold with a press, to thereby subject a section of the material where the spline shaft part and the intermediate shaft part are to be formed to a drawing process in the radial direction, and simultaneously, elongate the length, along the axial direction, of the hole.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un arbre pour un dispositif de direction, cet arbre pour un dispositif de direction comprenant : une partie d'arbre cannelée destinée à être reliée à un arbre d'entrée ; une partie butée destinée à être reliée à un arbre de sortie ; et une partie d'arbre intermédiaire qui relie la partie d'arbre cannelée et la partie butée. Ledit procédé de production comprend : une étape pour former, par forgeage, un trou qui s'étend axialement dans un matériau cylindrique à partir d'une extrémité de celui-ci ; et une étape pour presser par forgeage le matériau, dans lequel le trou a été formé, dans un moule au moyen d'une presse de manière à soumettre une section du matériau dans laquelle la partie d'arbre cannelée et la partie d'arbre intermédiaire doivent être formées à un processus d'emboutissage dans la direction radiale et, simultanément, augmenter la longueur du trou dans la direction axiale.
(JA) ステアリング装置用シャフトの製造方法は、入力シャフトと連結されるスプライン軸部と、出力シャフトと連結されるストッパ部と、スプライン軸部とストッパ部とを連結する中間軸部とを含むステアリング装置用シャフトの製造方法であって、鍛造により、柱状の素材の一端から軸方向に凹む穴部を形成する工程と、鍛造により、穴部が形成された素材を型にプレスで押し込むことにより、素材のうちスプライン軸部及び中間軸部を形成する部分を、径方向に絞り加工を行うと同時に、穴部の軸方向に沿った長さを長くする工程と、を含む。
