Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for producing a novolak-type cocondensate including a constitutional unit derived from p-tert-octylphenol, cresol, formaldehyde, and resorcin, the method comprising the following steps in sequence: (1) a step for reacting p-tert-octylphenol and cresol with formaldehyde at 80-120°C in the presence of 0.05-0.45 moles of a base with respect to 1 mole total of the p-tert-octylphenol and cresol to obtain a resol-type condensate having a number average molecular weight (Mn) of at least 600 as measured by a gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method; (2) a step for neutralizing the base used in step (1) with at least an equivalent amount of an acid; and (3) a step for reacting 0.2-0.8 moles of resorcin with the resol-type condensate with respect to 1 mole total of the p-tert-octylphenol and cresol.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un cocondensat de type novolaque comprenant un motif constitutif dérivé du p-tert-octylphénol, du crésol, du formaldéhyde et de la résorcine, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes, dans l'ordre : (1) une étape consistant à faire réagir du p-tert-octylphénol et du crésol avec du formaldéhyde à 80-120°C en présence de 0,05-0,45 mole d'une base par rapport à 1 mole au total du p-tert-octylphénol et du crésol pour obtenir un condensat de type résol présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre (Mn) d'au moins 600, tel que mesuré par un procédé de chromatographie par perméation de gel (CPG) ; (2) une étape consistant à neutraliser la base utilisée à l'étape (1) avec au moins une quantité équivalente d'un acide ; et (3) une étape consistant à faire réagir 0,2 à 0,8 mole de résorcine avec le condensat de type résol par rapport à 1 mole au total du p-tert-octylphénol et du crésol.
(JA) ノボラック型共縮合物の製造方法であって、該ノボラック型共縮合物は、p-tert-オクチルフェノール、クレゾール、ホルムアルデヒド及びレゾルシン由来の構成単位を含み、該製造方法は、(1)p-tert-オクチルフェノール及びクレゾールの合計量1モルに対し、0.05モル以上0.45モル以下の塩基存在下、p-tert-オクチルフェノール及びクレゾールとホルムアルデヒドとを80℃以上120℃以下で反応させ、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフ(GPC)法における数平均分子量(Mn)が600以上のレゾール型縮合物を得る工程、(2)工程(1)で用いた塩基を当量以上の酸で中和する工程、並びに(3)レゾール型縮合物と、p-tert-オクチルフェノール及びクレゾールの合計量1モルに対し、0.2~0.8モルのレゾルシンとを反応させる工程、をこの順で含むノボラック型共縮合物の製造方法が提供される。
