Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, an image capturing unit 31 is configured from an image capturing element which includes image output pixels and phase difference detection pixels. A control unit 50 performs a focus control based on image plane phase difference information obtained by using the phase difference detection pixels over a prescribe period, generates focus state change information which indicates whether a focus state change is monotonic, and continues the focus control based on the image plane phase difference information by putting a focus state as an out-of-focus state, when the focus state change information indicates that the focus state change is monotonic. In addition, the control unit switches, for example, a contrast-type autofocus operation from an image plane phase difference autofocus operation by putting the focus state as a low contrast state, when the focus state change is not monotonic. High-speed and high-definition autofocus operation can be performed.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, une unité de capture d'image 31 est conçue à partir d'un élément de capture d'image qui comprend des pixels de sortie d'image et des pixels de détection de différence de phase. Une unité de commande 50 réalise une commande de mise au point sur la base d'informations de différence de phase de plan image obtenues en utilisant des pixels de détection de différence de phase sur une période prescrite, génère des informations de changement d'état de mise au point qui indiquent si un changement d'état de mise au point est monotone, et continue la commande de mise au point sur la base des informations de différence de phase de plan image en mettant hors mise au point un état de mise au point, lorsque les informations de changement d'état de mise au point indiquent que le changement d'état de mise au point est monotone. (JA) 撮像部31は、画像出力画素と位相差検出画素とを含む撮像素子を用いて構成する。制御部50は、所定期間に亘って位相差検出画素を用いて得られる像面位相差情報に基づいたフォーカス制御を行い、フォーカス状態の変化が単調変化であるか否かを示すフォーカス状態変化情報を生成して、フォーカス状態変化情報が、フォーカス状態の変化が単調変化であることを示す場合は大ぼけ状態として、像面位相差情報に基づくフォーカス制御を継続する。また、制御部は、フォーカス状態の変化が単調変化でないときは低コントラスト状態であるとして像面位相差オートフォーカス動作から例えばコントラスト方式のオートフォーカス動作を切り替える。高速かつ品位のよいオートフォーカス動作を行えるようになる。
