Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a silica sol, wherein highly aggregated silica particles can be obtained without generating a gel-like substance. [Solution] The present invention provides a method for producing a silica sol, the method comprising a step for adding a liquid (B) to a liquid (A) to prepare a reaction solution, the liquid (A) containing an alkali catalyst, water, a first organic solvent, and silica particles for aggregation, the liquid (B) containing a second organic solvent and at least one among tetramethoxysilane and a condensate thereof, wherein the rate at which the liquid (B) is added when mixing is 8.5×10-4-5.6×10-3 mol/min, in terms of silicon atoms, per 1 mol of water contained in the liquid (A).
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de production d'un sol de silice, grâce auquel des particules de silice hautement agrégées peuvent être obtenues sans générer de substance de type gel. La solution de l’invention porte sur un procédé de production d'un sol de silice, le procédé comprenant une étape consistant à ajouter un liquide (B) à un liquide (A) en vue de préparer une solution de réaction, le liquide (A) contenant un catalyseur alcalin, de l'eau, un premier solvant organique et des particules de silice pour l'agrégation, le liquide (B) contenant un second solvant organique et du tétraméthoxysilane et/ou un condensat correspondant, la vitesse à laquelle le liquide (B) est ajouté lors du mélange est comprise entre 8,5 × 10-4 et 5,6 × 10-3 mole/min, en termes d'atomes de silicium, pour 1 mole d'eau contenue dans le liquide (A).
