Title: DISPLAY DEVICE WITH EMBEDDED TOUCH SENSOR
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a display device with embedded touch sensor with which it is possible to suppress lead-out line disconnections. Provided is a display device with embedded touch sensor, comprising: an underlying insulation film; a sealing film which covers a display region of the underlying insulation film; a plurality of first electrodes which are arrayed two-dimensionally in the display region upon the sealing film, said first electrodes which are adjacent in a first direction having been connected via first connection wires; a plurality of second electrodes which are arrayed two-dimensionally in either the same layer as or a different layer from the first electrodes, each of the second electrodes being surrounded in plan view by the first electrodes, and said second electrodes which are adjacent in a second direction having been connected via second connection wires which intersect the first connection wires in plan view; an interlayer insulation film which is interposed between the first connection wires and the second connection wires, and which fills a stepwise difference which is formed between the outer edge of the sealing film and the underlying insulation film; and lead-out lines which are connected to either the first electrodes or the second electrodes, and which pass over the portion of the interlayer insulation film that fills the stepwise difference.
