Abstract:
(EN) This press forming mold for pressing a thermoplastic resin composite material (9) in a softened state so as to manufacture a molded article is provided with: a lower mold (22) for forming a cavity (10) having a shape corresponding to the shape of the molded article; and an upper mold (21) for forming the cavity (10) together with the lower mold (22) and pressing the thermoplastic resin composite material (9). The cavity (10) is provided with: a charge area (11) to which the thermoplastic resin composite material (9) is supplied; and a peripheral area (12) which is located at the periphery of the charge area (11) and in which the thermoplastic resin composite material (9) spreads by being pressed. The upper mold (21) or the lower mold (22) is provided with a radial groove (13) which radially extends from the charge area (11) to the outer peripheral portion of the peripheral area (12).
(FR) L'invention concerne un moule de formage à la presse destiné à presser un matériau composite de résine thermoplastique (9) dans un état ramolli de façon à fabriquer un article moulé, comprenant : un moule inférieur (22) destiné à former une cavité (10) présentant une forme correspondant à la forme de l'article moulé ; et un moule supérieur (21) destiné à former la cavité (10) conjointement avec le moule inférieur (22) et à presser le matériau composite de résine thermoplastique (9). La cavité (10) comprend : une zone de charge (11) alimentée en matériau composite de résine thermoplastique (9) ; et une zone périphérique (12) qui est située à la périphérie de la zone de charge (11) et dans laquelle le matériau composite de résine thermoplastique (9) s'étale en étant pressé. Le moule supérieur (21) ou le moule inférieur (22) comprend une rainure radiale (13) qui s'étend radialement depuis la zone de charge (11) jusqu'à la partie périphérique externe de la zone périphérique (12).
(JA) 軟化状態の熱可塑性樹脂複合材料(9)をプレスして成形品を製造するためのプレス成形金型は、成形品の形状に対応した形状のキャビティ(10)を形成するための下型(22)と、下型(22)とともにキャビティ(10)を形成して熱可塑性樹脂複合材料(9)をプレスする上型(21)とを備える。キャビティ(10)には、熱可塑性樹脂複合材料(9)が供給されるチャージ領域(11)と、チャージ領域(11)の周囲に位置するとともにプレスにより熱可塑性樹脂複合材料(9)が広がる周辺領域(12)とが設けられる。上型(21)または下型(22)には、チャージ領域(11)から周辺領域(12)の外縁部に向かって放射状に延設された放射溝(13)が設けられる。
