Abstract:
(EN) This LLC resonant converter (100) is provided with: a bridge circuit (10) to which a DC input voltage (Vin) is applied; an LLC resonance circuit (20) connected to the bridge circuit (10); a transformer (30) connected to the LLC resonance circuit (20); a rectifier circuit (40) connected to the transformer (30) and outputting a DC voltage after conversion; a resonance capacitor switching circuit (50); a bridge circuit control unit (64); and a resonance capacitor switching control unit (65). When the input voltage (Vin) exceeds a switching voltage, an operating frequency is increased to a frequency higher than a resonance frequency, and then a switch (Q3) is turned off.
(FR) L'invention concerne un convertisseur résonant LLC (100) comprenant : un circuit en pont (10) auquel est appliquée une tension d'entrée en courant continu (Vin) ; un circuit de résonance LLC (20) connecté au circuit en pont (10) ; un transformateur (30) connecté au circuit de résonance LLC (20) ; un circuit redresseur (40) connecté au transformateur (30) et délivrant une tension continue après conversion ; un circuit de commutation de condensateur de résonance (50) ; une unité de commande de circuit en pont (64) ; et une unité de commande de commutation de condensateur de résonance (65). Lorsque la tension d'entrée (Vin) dépasse une tension de commutation, une fréquence fonctionnelle est augmentée à une fréquence supérieure à une fréquence de résonance, puis un commutateur (Q3) est ouvert.
(JA) LLC共振コンバータ(100)は、直流の入力電圧(Vin)が印加されるブリッジ回路(10)と、このブリッジ回路(10)に接続されたLLC共振回路(20)と、このLLC共振回路(20)に接続されたトランス(30)と、このトランス(30)に接続されて変換後の直流電圧を出力する整流回路(40)と、共振コンデンサ切替回路(50)と、ブリッジ回路制御部(64)と、共振コンデンサ切替制御部(65)とを備える。入力電圧(Vin)が切替電圧を上回ると、共振周波数より高い周波数まで動作周波数を高めてから、スイッチ(Q3)をターンオフする。
