Abstract:
(EN) The present invention has: a reflective liquid crystal display element (30) formed above an insulating layer (25) in a first area (R) of a TFT substrate (20), the reflective liquid crystal display element (30) having a reflection electrode (31), a liquid crystal layer (32), and a counter electrode (33); and an organic EL display element (40) formed in a second area (T) above the insulating layer (25) of the TFT substrate (20), the organic EL display element (40) having a first electrode (41), an organic layer (43), and a second electrode (44). An overlayer (45) is formed on at least the surface of the organic EL display element (40) in order to include the second electrode (44) and the organic layer (43) of the organic EL display element (40), a portion of the overlayer (45) being joined to the insulating layer (25). As the result of this, there is no degradation of the organic layer and it is possible to obtain a highly reliable composite display device.
(FR) L’invention comprend : un élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides réfléchissant (30) formé au-dessus d'une couche isolante (25) dans une première zone (R) d'un substrat TFT (20), l'élément d'affichage à cristaux liquides réfléchissant (30) comprenant une électrode de réflexion (31), une couche de cristaux liquides (32) et une contre-électrode (33) ; et un élément d'affichage EL organique (40) formé dans une seconde zone (T) au-dessus de la couche isolante (25) du substrat TFT (20), l'élément d'affichage EL organique (40) comprenant une première électrode (41), une couche organique (43) et une seconde électrode (44). Une surcouche (45) est formée sur au moins la surface de l'élément d'affichage EL organique (40) afin de comprendre la seconde électrode (44) et la couche organique (43) de l'élément d'affichage EL organique (40), une partie de la surcouche (45) étant reliée à la couche isolante (25). Par conséquent, il n'y a pas de dégradation de la couche organique et il est possible d'obtenir un dispositif d'affichage composite hautement fiable.
