Abstract:
(EN) In sub-pixels (3), individual hole transport layers (26) are individually arranged between a common hole transport layer (31) and light-emitting layers (27). The value of the LUMO energy level of each of the individual hole transport layers (26) is less than that of the LUMO energy level of the common hole transport layer (31), and greater than that of the LUMO energy level of the light-emitting layers (27) in the respective sub-pixels (3). Thus, holes can be efficiently injected into the light-emitting layer.
(FR) Selon l'invention, dans des sous-pixels (3), des couches de transport de trous individuelles (26) sont disposées individuellement entre une couche de transport de trous commune (31) et des couches électroluminescentes (27). La valeur du niveau d'énergie LUMO de chacune des couches de transport de trous individuelles (26) est inférieure à celle du niveau d'énergie LUMO de la couche de transport de trous commune (31), et supérieure à celle du niveau d'énergie LUMO des couches électroluminescentes (27) dans les sous-pixels respectifs (3). Ainsi, des trous peuvent être efficacement injectés dans la couche électroluminescente.
(JA) 各副画素(3)において、共通正孔輸送層(31)と発光層(27)との間に、個別に個別正孔輸送層(26)が配置されており、個別正孔輸送層(26)のLUMOのエネルギー準位の値は、共通正孔輸送層(31)のLUMOのエネルギー準位の値よりも小さく、副画素(3)における発光層(27)のLUMOのエネルギー準位の値よりも大きい。これにより、発光層へ効率よく正孔の注入が可能である。
