Abstract:
(EN) A system featuring a substrate and a multiplicity of nanostructures arranged on the substrate is provided. At least one portion of the nanostructures feature a capturing moiety covalently attached to a surface thereof and at least another portion of the nanostructures, which can be the same or different from the first portion, feature a light-activatable moiety covalently attached to a surface thereof. The capturing moiety is such that selectively interacts with an analyte, and the light-activatable moiety generates, upon exposure to light, a reactive moiety that interferes with an interaction of the capturing moiety and the analyte. Further provided are systems featuring a substrate and a multiplicity of nanostructures aligned generally vertically to the substrate, at least a portion of these nanostructures being branched nanostructures. Uses of the systems in extracting, and optionally identifying, the analyte from a sample are also provided.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système comprenant un substrat et une multiplicité de nanostructures disposées sur le substrat. Au moins une partie des nanostructures comprend une fraction de capture fixée de manière covalente à une surface de celle-ci et au moins une autre partie des nanostructures pouvant être identique ou différente de la première partie, représente une fraction activable par la lumière fixée de manière covalente à une surface de celle-ci. La fraction de capture est telle qu'elle interagit sélectivement avec un analyte, et la fraction activable par la lumière génère, lors de son exposition à la lumière, génère une fraction réactive qui interfère avec une interaction de la fraction de capture et de l'analyte. L'invention concerne en outre des systèmes comprenant un substrat et une multiplicité de nanostructures alignées généralement de façon verticale sur le substrat, au moins une partie de ces nanostructures étant des nanostructures ramifiées. L'invention concerne également des utilisations de ces systèmes dans l'extraction, et éventuellement l'identification d'analyte d'un échantillon.
