Abstract:
The invention relates to a container (1) for receiving and operating high-temperature fuel cells (2), comprising multiple layers (3) arranged one over the other. An outer layer (3a) delimits the container outwards, and additional layers (3) are arranged in the container (1) interior formed in the aforementioned manner. An inner layer (3b) is arranged centrally in the interior of the container (1) in order to receive high-temperature fuel cells (2) and completely encases the high-temperature fuel cells (2). The container also comprises a third layer (3c) which is arranged over the inner layer (3b) and completely surrounds same, at least one fourth layer (3d) which is arranged over the third layer (3c) and completely surround same, and the outer layer (3a) which is arranged over the at least fourth layer (3d) and completely surrounds same. An intermediate space (4) through which fluids can pass is formed between at least two layers (3) arranged one over the other. The aforementioned design is advantageous in that the container according to the invention is shielded from the surroundings, whereby virtually no heat is dispensed outwards, and based thereon and on the heat recirculation of the parts in the interior of the container, heat loss is reduced overall.
