Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to low-viscosity silicone compositions which contain a,ω-Si-vinyl-copolymers, α,ω-Si-H functional copolymers and 3,3,3-trifluoropropylmethylsiloxy-containing Si- H-cross linking agents, the copolymers being composed mainly from 3, 3, 3-trifluorpropylmethylsiloxy- and dimethylsiloxy units, and to the production of thin layers made from said silicone compositions, the layers displaying an increased electric permittivity compared to layers made from standard silicones.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des compositions de silicone à faible viscosité, qui contiennent des copolymères α,ω-Si-vinyliques, des copolymères à fonctionnalité α,ω-Si-H et des agents de réticulation Si-H, contenant des groupes 3,3,3-trifluoropropylméthylsiloxy, les copolymères étant constitués principalement de motifs 3,3,3-trifluoropropylméthylsiloxy et diméthylsiloxy, ainsi que la fabrication de couches minces en ces compositions de silicone, les couches présentant une permittivité électrique accrue par comparaison avec des couches de silicones standard.
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft niedrigviskose Siliconzusammensetzungen, welche a, ω-Si-Vinyl-Copolymere, α,ω-Si-H funktionelle Copoylmere und 3, 3, 3-trifluorpropylmethylsiloxyhaltige Si- H-Vernetzer enthalten, wobei die Copolymere hauptsächlich aus 3, 3, 3-Trifluorpropylmethylsiloxy- und Dimethylsiloxyeinheiten aufgebaut sind, sowie die Herstellung dünner Schichten aus diesen Siliconzusammensetzungen, wobei die Schichten eine erhöhte elektrische Permittivität, im Vergleich zu Schichten aus Standardsiliconen zeigen.
