Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a clutch cage arrangement (1) for a motor vehicle drivetrain clutch, in particular a wet motorcycle clutch, having a primary gearwheel (2) which is designed to be driven by a crankshaft, and having a clutch cage (4) which is driveable by the primary gearwheel (2) via a damping element (3), wherein, on that side of the primary gearwheel (2) which is averted from the clutch cage (4), there is arranged a counterpart disk (5) which is connected to the clutch cage (4) by means of a rivet connection (6), such that the primary gearwheel (2) is, in the axial direction of the clutch cage arrangement (1), arranged at least in sections between the clutch cage (4) and the counterpart disk (5), wherein the counterpart disk (5) and/or the clutch cage (4) has at least one stamped indentation (7, 8) which projects into the primary gearwheel (2) in the axial direction. The invention furthermore relates to a multiplate clutch for use in a vehicle, in which multiplate clutch a clutch cage arrangement (1) according to the invention is used.
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble cloche d'embrayage (1) pour un embrayage de chaîne cinématique de véhicule automobile, en particulier un embrayage humide de motocycle, l'ensemble cloche d'embrayage comprenant une roue dentée primaire (2) qui est destinée à être entraînée par un vilebrequin, et une cloche d'embrayage (4) pouvant être entraînée par la roue dentée primaire (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'amortissement (3), un disque complémentaire (5) étant disposé sur le côté de la roue dentée primaire (2) opposé à la cloche d'embrayage (4), lequel disque complémentaire est relié à la cloche d'embrayage (4) par le biais d'une liaison par rivetage (6), de telle sorte que la roue dentée primaire (2) soit disposée au moins dans certaines régions entre la cloche d'embrayage (4) et le disque complémentaire (5) dans la direction axiale de l'ensemble cloche d'embrayage (1), le disque complémentaire (5) et/ou la cloche d'embrayage (4) comprenant au moins une empreinte (7, 8) qui pénètre dans la roue dentée primaire (2) dans la direction axiale. (DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kupplungskorbanordnung (1) für eine Kraftfahrzeugantriebsstrangkupplung, insbesondere eine nasse Motorradkupplung, mit einem Primärzahnrad (2), das dazu vorbereitet ist, von einer Kurbelwelle angetrieben zu sein, und mit einem von dem Primärzahnrad (2) unter Zwischenschaltung eines Dämpfungselements (3) antreibbaren Kupplungskorb (4), wobei an der dem Kupplungskorb (4) abgewandten Seite des Primärzahnrads (2) eine Gegenscheibe (5) angeordnet ist, die über eine Nietverbindung (6) mit dem Kupplungskorb (4) verbunden ist, sodass das Primärzahnrad (2) in der Axialrichtung der Kupplungskorbanordnung (1) zumindest abschnittsweise zwischen dem Kupplungskorb (4) und der Gegenscheibe (5) angeordnet ist, wobei die Gegenscheibe (5) und/oder der Kupplungskorb (4) zumindest eine Einprägung (7, 8) aufweist, die in Axialrichtung in das Primärzahnrad (2) hineinragt. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter eine Lamellenkupplung für den Einsatz in einem Fahrzeug, in der eine erfindungsgemäße Kupplungskorbanordnung (1) eingesetzt ist.
