Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of dyeing, and particularly relates to a frame-type air energy laboratory dyeing machine and method. The frame-type air energy laboratory dyeing machine comprises a box body, a driving device, dye cups, a rotary frame and an air energy heating device, wherein the rotary frame is arranged in a heating chamber, the rotary frame is provided with a plurality of dye cup mounting stations used for mounting the dye cups, the rotary shaft is connected to the rotary frame and drives the rotary frame to rotate, and the air energy heating device directly heats the dye cups. The frame-type air energy laboratory dyeing machine can simultaneously perform dyeing and heating of numerous dye cups, replacing sleeve heat transfer in conventional circulating air heating-type laboratory colour testers. The air energy heating device can directly heat the dye cups and make heat energy more fully used. The temperature of each dye cup can be maintained more consistently, ensuring laboratory precision. The equipment improves production yield and quality of business, and reduces production costs.
